The Italian language school in Venice is located in a very central area just a short walk from Campo S. Marherita and Pizzale Roma. The school is in the university area, surrounded by traditional Venetian bars and cafes. The Italian school offers a wide range of Italian courses including an Intensive Italian group courses, a Super Intensive course combining group and individual lessons and a Christmas course.
The school has 7 classrooms, a terrace for students to relax on during break and a computer room with free internet access for students. The maximum class size is 12 students per group.
Accommodation in Venice
For students wanting to completely immerse themselves in the Italian language and culture we recommend that you stay with one of our carefully selected Italian hosts. This is a self-catering option allowing students access to the host’s kitchen. Students also have the choice of staying in the nearby University residence or in a shared apartment with other international students.
Social and cultural activities
To supplement your learning, the Italian school organises a range of social and cultural activities, many of which are offered free of charge. These include grammar workshops, thematic lectures and discussions on Italian films and songs. For an additional cost the school also organises guided walking tours of Venice, museum visits and Italian cooking lessons
